Payment and delivery

The following terms are valid:

Worldwide delivery of merchandise.

Pre-Orders:
Please have a look at the item's description. It says the tentative shipping date of the specific item.
Your order won’t be split-up in partial shipments. It will be shipped, as soon as all ordered items are available.

Delivery within Germany:
DHL Paket national, handled by DHL.

Shipping costs:
0 - 1kg: 5,99 €
1 - 3kg: 6,99 €
3 - 5kg: 7,99 €
5 - 10kg: 9,99 €

Delivery to foreign countries:
Warenpost International Tracked/DHL Paket International, handled by DHL/Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs differ from country to country.
Please enter your country while ordering and the costs will be calculated automatically before checkout.

Delivery time
If not stated different in the ordered item's description you can expect the following delivery times after reception of your payment:
Germany: 3 - 5 days
Europe: 1 - 2 weeks
Overseas: 4 - 6 weeks

No delivery on Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays..

If your parcel could not be delivered and comes back to us, you have to pay postage again. Your parcel will not be sent out before we received your second postage payment.
